britney hit the halloween scene in LA wednesday night dressed as...unclear. glad to see she still knows how to throw together a costume even if she can't throw together promotions for her album. never to fear. blackout is good, and projections show that it'll definitely claim number 1 next week somewhere around 325,000 units. good for her. she is doing "everything she can" after all.
